Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within Australia and internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processing for international orders.

Returns and Refunds

Our returns policy operates in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all original packaging and tags attached. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
